My goal as a dog trainer is to do what’s best for both the dog and their human(s).
With the proper process, training, and their wellbeing a priority, I help dogs push through their comfort zones and face their fears safely, helping them achieve big wins.

Because I am constantly learning new strategies and improving my skills, I am able to help pet parents and their dogs coexist peacefully by finally experiencing those bigger moments.
The perfect class for those pet parents with little to no experience/no prior training, have a new pup, or just need a refresher.
We will cover the basics and begin building a strong foundation built on trust for dogs and their humans that will last a lifetime.

Sit, Down, Leave It, Stay & Release, Recall/Come, Drop It, Off

Behaviors we will START implementing at home:
1. Boundaries
e.g. Counter Surfing, Jumping on People/Things, Doors and Thresholds
2. Potty Training
3. Leash Manners
​This class is perfect for Pet Parents that are ready for the next level in their dog training journey.
After graduating from Basics 1, it's time to add the distractions! We will test and strengthen the basic commands and behaviors by adding toys, food, sounds, etc.

Once we are confident in keeping the dog's attention with distractions at home, we will begin working outside of the home e.g. walks, dog parks, outings to continue reinforcing all commands and behaviors learned.

Stand, On Me, Back, Eyes/Watch Me, Heel
Behaviors we are aiming for in Basics 2:
1. Continuing to strengthen boundaries, leash manners, and potty training if needed.
2. How to properly greet people in and outside of the home.

Now what?

These sessions are meant to push Pet Parents even more by increasing the distraction ante! We will visit dog parks, heavy foot traffic locations, and places with constant distractions.
The goal?
To get your dogs attention 99% of the time so you can trust you will have confidence in your pup's off-leash capabilities and the knowledge that you can control over your pup "anytime, anywhere."
